RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-day returns, no interrogation.

STANDARD RETURNS
If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. If the item is unused and in its original packaging, we refund you in full to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the error is ours.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If anything arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered: email us a photo and keep the item — no need to ship it back. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

2. For defects or errors, attach a photo.
3. We reply within 24 hours (business days) with the next steps.

REFUND TIMING
Once approved, refunds are issued within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
